Our Family’s Current Workouts {Beast Body & Insanity Max:30 Hybrid Workout Schedule Printable}

By February 25, 2020No Comments

Hi, beautiful world!

Our family has had a goal for the past YEAR to change our ways, get out of our rut in life, and make some big adjustments. The biggest one for our family, by far, has been working out.

As we’ve mentioned before, at the age of 35 James and I took an inventory of our lives and realized that we felt Stuck. A huge proponent of that was we weren’t living a healthy way of life. We spent the majority (98.2%) of our married life living pretty sedentary lifestyles. I’m a stay-at-home mom, and James has worked cushy office jobs. We didn’t live a very adventurous, active lifestyle. The 1.8% not mentioned above is from James playing soccer with his friends when we lived in Nebraska, and even then he really only ran when he had the ball (he said all soccer players do it to conserve energy, but he’s since admitted it was also because he was out of shape and tired).

We’ve already shared our fitness routines in 2019, but we thought it would be fun to share a glimpse into what we’re up to currently in 2020.

If you guys watched our 2020 goals video, you know that our oldest Jack wants to do yoga. He’s been doing it with us off-and-on, and in the video above he actually jumps in to show our two youngest kids how to do the moves. I just called out what the move was and Jack showed them how to do it. I’m always, always, always blown away by how much our kids absorb information.

Also, for anyone interested in specifics with our routine here is our current 12-week schedule that you can print out.

You can download the PDF’s Here: (Weeks 1-4, Weeks 5-8, Weeks 9-12).

Good luck, friends. Thanks for always cheering us along.
